Return Policy 

At Melora Cosmetics, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. General

Our return policy includes a period of 30 days. This means that from the moment you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@meloracosmetics.com Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the products originated, which in most cases is located in China. Therefore, always contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.

When your return has been accepted, you are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the items back to the provided address. We cannot accept items returned without a prior return request.

2. Damage and issues

It is important to check your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and provide the correct solution as quickly as possible.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to receive the desired item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you need.

4. European Union 30-Day Return Policy

Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned before, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you immediately whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This will usually be processed within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us immediately at support@meloracosmetics.com


Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps

Step 1: Fill in the return form
Download the return form and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send your order back
Package the items together with the completed return form and send them to our return address. Please make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible; without Track & Trace we cannot guarantee correct processing.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days to your original payment method.
